Greece Cruise Booking Conditions

1. Enquiries and booking confirmation

All dates, cabins, prices and promotional rates are on request and subject to written confirmation. Sending an enquiry does not hold a cabin and is not a confirmed booking. Croatia Cruise will provide a written quotation with the final availability, applicable payment schedule, cancellation conditions and other booking details before payment is requested.

Payment and cancellation charges below are Croatia Cruise's conditions for the Greece programmes specified on this page, to be included in your written offer and booking confirmation. Mandatory traveller rights under applicable law are unaffected.

2. Cruise fares, port charges and occupancy

Published cruise prices are in EUR, per person, normally based on two guests sharing a double/twin cabin. Port charges are extra and are not reduced by promotional discounts.

For Harmony G, selected Category C cabins may accommodate a third guest; for Harmony V, this applies to selected Category P cabins; for Panorama, it applies to selected Category B cabins; for Galileo, it applies to selected Category A cabins. A 30% reduction on the regular fare may apply to the third guest, subject to cabin configuration and written confirmation. Third-guest and family/child pricing is provided by personalised quotation and is not included in the standard two-guest calculator.

Half-board is included (buffet breakfast and one meal daily) together with the inclusions detailed in the chosen programme. Unexplored Greece – Aegean Islands additionally includes the selected walking tour on Amorgos and the half-day Patmos tour, subject to the published programme. Personal expenses, beverages beyond the specifically included selection, non-included shore excursions, Wi-Fi, crew gratuities and other services not expressly included are extra. The payment method for port charges will be confirmed in the offer.

3. Deposit and balance payment

Standard bookings: a deposit of 25% of the cruise fare within seven days after written confirmation, with the remaining 75% payable no later than 90 days before embarkation.

Early Booking reservations: a deposit of 25% within seven days after written confirmation, with the remaining 75% payable no later than 90 days before embarkation. Early Booking eligibility and promotional rates require written confirmation.

Payment options offered by Croatia Cruise include EUR bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard, subject to the instructions in the confirmed quotation. No payment is required to send an enquiry.

4. Traveller cancellations

For traveller cancellations, Croatia Cruise applies the following charges, subject to mandatory statutory rights and the terms agreed in the written booking confirmation:

Percentage-based cancellation charges are calculated against the cruise fare. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and we will provide written confirmation. No automatic future-cruise credit is promised for the €100 fee.

Mandatory statutory traveller rights, including any applicable cancellation or refund rights, always prevail. The written booking confirmation identifies the applicable contractual terms.

5. Changes, itinerary and travel requirements

The programme conditions indicate that changes to departure dates or reductions in guest numbers notified less than 60 days before embarkation may incur a charge, and must be confirmed in writing. Ports of call, stopovers, sailing routes and onboard activities may change for safety, weather, port or other operational reasons. Applicable contractual and statutory passenger rights remain in place.

Guests should verify passports, visas and travel insurance and advise Croatia Cruise before booking about reduced mobility, dietary needs or any other special requirements.

6. Early Booking, VALUE and family offers

Early Booking: a potential 10% reduction for eligible 2027 bookings requested by 31 January 2027, capacity-controlled and subject to withdrawal or changes. Promotional fares must be requested when booking; group bookings may be excluded. Port charges are never discounted.

• Classical Greece: no Early Booking reduction for June or September 2027 sailings; VALUE dates may qualify for a separate 10% reduction (selected April/October departures on Harmony G and 23 July on Harmony V), always subject to written confirmation.
• Ionian Odyssey: no Early Booking reduction for departures on 18 June, 25 June or 6 August 2027.
• Unexplored Greece – Aegean Islands (Panorama): the supplier lists a potential 10% Early Booking reduction by 31 January 2027, subject to written confirmation. No promotional discount is automatically applied.
• Jewels of the Cyclades (Panorama and Galileo): special rates or discounts, if any, are confirmed individually and are not automatically applied.
• VALUE + Early Booking: the Classical Greece pricing page mentions combination, while the general promotion restrictions state that offers cannot be combined. Combining these discounts requires express written confirmation; it is not automatically applied.

Children's reductions and special family offers are available only subject to specific age, cabin occupancy and availability restrictions. These must be requested when booking and cannot be assumed to combine with other promotions. No discount is guaranteed by submitting an enquiry.

The responsible contractual parties and applicable conditions will be identified where required before confirmation of any booking.

These conditions apply to the Croatia Cruise Greece 2027 programmes Classical Greece, Ionian Odyssey, Unexplored Greece – Aegean Islands and Jewels of the Cyclades when incorporated into the guest's written booking agreement. Any updates will be communicated before confirmation.
